T-Pain Performs On NPR’s Front Row Series, Debuts New Song

A year after T-Pain‘s NPR-sponsored Tiny Desk Concert , which went on to be the media organization’s most popular of the series, T-Pain stops by NPR’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. to perform for their Front Row series.

Backed by a talented group of musicians, the Tallahassee native, once again, blew the audience away. The performance additionally marked the 10-year anniversary of the singer’s debut album, Rappa Ternt Sanga, which spawned T-Pain’s first two Billboard 100 top ten hits “I’m Sprung” and “Im ‘n Luv (Wit a Stripper).”

During the performance, T-Pain sang a host of songs from his repertoire including an unreleased single, “Officially Yours,” from his forthcoming album, Stoicville: The Pheonix. He also threw in a rendition of Sam Cooke‘s classic record, “A Change Is Gonna Come.”
